All orders that are in stock take between 2-5 business days to deliver within the USA. Orders placed on the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday. International - Can take up to 10-15 days to deliver. Apparel - Can take up to 3-10 days to deliver. Personalized Apparel - Can take up to 7-14 days to deliver. Custom Team Orders - Can take up to 6 weeks to deliver.

Yes, Jack n Hoods ships worldwide. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders.

Jack n Hoods is not responsible for any incorrect information entered by the customer during the ordering process. Jack n Hoods will ship to the shipping address provided unless it is incomplete.
